Built for current portable digital-camera combinations used in field and studio broadcast work, the VISION 250 HD Fluid Head from Vinten uses a proprietary twin-balancing mechanism that quickly counterbalances camera-and-lens configurations weighing up to 72.8 lb. Its drag mechanism relies on non-contacting thin-film technology, producing consistent resistance and stable operation across temperatures from -40 to 140°F. TF drag permits fine control of resistance while allowing whip pans without manually reducing the drag setting.
The Vision 250 also features a digital counterbalance readout, illuminated drag knobs, and a lighted bubble level, enabling fast, straightforward setup even under low-light conditions.
