Vinten created the VB-AP2M Vision blue Fluid Head & Pozi-Lock Tripod System with Mid-Level Spreader to bring advanced technology and professional functionality to operators using compact camcorders and DSLRs. Supporting payloads from 4.6 to 11 lb, the system combines infinitely variable Perfect Balance counterbalance with continuously adjustable Lubricated Friction Drag technology. A 75mm bowl connects the head to the two-stage Pozi-Lock tripod, which adjusts from 21.7 to 66.7 inches. Clamp locks simplify leg adjustments, while the mid-level spreader adds stability. A soft case is also included for storage and transportation.
Vinten Vision blue Pan and Tilt Fluid Video Head
For precise movement and dependable support of lightweight camcorders and DSLRs, Vinten developed the Vision blue Pan and Tilt Fluid Video Head. It accommodates loads from 4.6 to 11 lb at a 2.2" center of gravity and uses a 75mm ball for leveling on a compatible tripod. An infinitely variable Perfect Balance mechanism lets operators match counterbalance accurately to their camera configuration. Together with calibrated, continuously adjustable Lubricated Friction—or LF—Drag technology, it provides refined control over both pan and tilt motion.
The head tilts 90° upward or downward and pans through a complete 360°. Its two-way sliding plate incorporates a 1/4" screw-and-pin assembly for rapid camera mounting. The supplied fixed-length pan handle connects by rosette to either the right or left side. Weighing 5.3 lb, the head also features an LED-illuminated bubble level.

Vinten V4032-0001 ProTouch Mid-Level Spreader
The Vinten V4032-0001 is a fully adjustable mid-level spreader operated through three locking knobs. Each arm extends separately, enabling a broad spreader radius and easier setup on irregular terrain. Although optimized for Protouch systems, the Spread-Loc spreader can attach to any tripod equipped with Spread-Loc mounting points.
