Vinten Vision blue Pan and Tilt Fluid Video Head
Developed for operators seeking precise movement and dependable support for lightweight camcorders and DSLRs, the Vinten Vision blue Pan and Tilt Fluid Video Head carries payloads from 4.6 to 11 lb at a 2.2" center of gravity. Its 75mm ball enables leveling on a compatible tripod. The infinitely variable Perfect Balance mechanism allows counterbalance to be matched accurately to the installed camera system. Combined with calibrated, continuously adjustable Lubricated Friction—or LF—Drag technology, it provides refined control throughout pan and tilt movements.
The head offers 90° of upward and downward tilt along with unrestricted 360° panning. A two-way sliding plate with a 1/4" screw-and-pin assembly enables rapid camera attachment. One fixed-length pan handle is included and mounts by rosette on either side of the head. The head weighs 5.3 lb and incorporates an LED-illuminated bubble level.
Vinten flowtech 75 Carbon Fiber Tripod with Ground Spreader
Instead of following the conventional single- or dual-tube carbon-fiber format, the Vinten flowtech 75 Carbon Fiber Tripod with Ground Spreader uses reshaped legs engineered to increase torsional strength. Weighing just over 6.4 pounds, the legs nevertheless carry payloads up to 44 pounds. With the removable ground spreader attached, they adjust between 16.1 and 62.2". One clamping lever at the top of each leg controls the locking and release of all sections.
All three legs extend and retract separately. After disconnecting a leg from the spreader, it can pivot without moving either of the others, which is particularly helpful on rugged or uneven terrain. The spreader can be removed completely, allowing each leg to lock into one of three positions for spreader-free use. This permits an exceptionally wide stance for low-angle shots without sacrificing torsional rigidity. Dual spikes provide additional grip on softer ground, while the included rubber feet snap over them to improve traction and protect hard or delicate surfaces. The legs also include an attachment mount and carry handle that fasten beside the bowl through the 3/8"-16 threaded mounting holes.
