Intended for pairing with the Vision 250 head, the industrial-grade Vinten 3880-3 Two-Stage Aluminum Pozi-Loc EFP Tripod incorporates a 150mm bowl. Its highly stable, durable build handles loads up to 220 lb, making it particularly suitable for professional camera setups equipped with longer lenses and larger viewfinders. A complete kit containing the Vision 250 head and other components is also available.
Central to the tripod is Vinten's proprietary Pozi-Loc mechanism, an innovative cam-driven clamping system that switches between on and off with a simple 90° turn and visually confirms when the legs are securely locked. When used with an optional spreader, the tripod adjusts between 20.5 and 61.9". Optional floor and mid-level spreaders are both supported. A separately sold set of three anti-skid rubber feet can replace the standard spikes, providing enhanced stability on wet or polished floors.
