Sigma MC-11 Overview
Sigma's MC-11 Mount Converter adapts compatible Sigma EF-mount lenses to Sony E-mount mirrorless bodies while retaining autofocus, auto-exposure, and supported in-camera correction functions. A built-in LED can be used to indicate whether the attached Sigma lens is compatible with the adapted camera body, and the adapter additionally handles in-camera image stabilization. Flocked internal surfaces suppress reflections to protect image quality, while complete Exif information remains available for file organization and post-production.
Sigma specifies compatibility for selected lenses from its own EF-mount range; operation with EF-mount optics from other manufacturers is not assured.
