The SGM-250CX provides a supercardioid polar response and a purpose-built acoustic barrel with precise, phase-canceling slots that minimize the capture of unwanted noise whereas focusing on the audio in front of the unit. The highly sensitive capsule produces a flat frequency response (20 Hz to 20 kHz) with low self-noise and 130 dB SPL, for accurate audio acquisition.
Handcrafted in Japan, the SGM-250CX is housed in a brass/aluminum alloy case that enhances durability and rejects ambient radio frequencies (RF). The SMH-X shockmount with two width expander sheets offers a secure hold for your microphone, whether you run-and-gun or fitting it to a pistol handhold or to a boompole.
