Carbon fiber construction helps the TP62 Carbon Fiber Travel Tripod with Ball Head from Neewer combine travel-friendly weight with versatile support. It weighs 2.6 lb, holds loads up to 22 lb, and reaches a maximum height of 62". When collapsed, the tripod measures only 17" long and 2.6" in diameter for convenient carrying. Its quick-leveling ball head incorporates an Arca-type quick release clamp with a square plate designed for both still cameras and video cameras.
Versatile Quick Leveling Ball Head
Along with 360° panoramic rotation, the ball head provides +/-15° rapid leveling and two slots for 90° vertical tilting. A flip buckle locks each movement, while the bubble level helps maintain straight camera alignment. The interchangeable head comes with a 3/8"-16 to 1/4"-20 bushing adapter for attachment to other supports and tripods.
Quick Lock Arca-Type Square QR Plate
Compatibility with the Peak Design Capture Clip v3 is built into the Arca-type quick release plate. Its side button facilitates fast changes between the tripod and different camera-mount clamp bases, and a safety lock guards against unintended button contact.
Quick Release Spring-Loaded Flip Lock Joints
Opening halfway causes the spring-loaded metal flip-lock joints to pop up and release quickly, allowing stable, rapid height changes. Extended wings provide secure locking and releasing without pinching.

A ballast hook underneath accepts a counterweight for greater stability; unscrewing this hook exposes the included Allen key.
Accessory Expansion and Spikes
Magic arms, ball head adapters, and additional accessories connect through two 1/4"-20 threads in the tripod spider. The removable nonslip feet may be replaced with spikes to stabilize the tripod across muddy, rocky, or sandy ground.
