Built around a pair of full-color fixtures, the 2-light Neewer RGB1200 RGB LED Light Panel Kit supplies a 360° RGB spectrum for both photography and video work. Each 13.2 x 13.5" panel sits in an integrated yoke that permits a complete 360° tilt. Its broad beam can also be shaped for selective illumination by positioning one or more barndoor leaves within the light path. The complete kit provides two panels, two stands, two white diffusers, two power adapters with cords, and one carrying bag.
Bright Output
At 3.3', the RGB1200 produces 7300 lux and allows color-temperature selection from 2500 to 8500K. Respective CRI/TLCI scores of 97 and 98 reflect highly accurate color rendering. Output can be dimmed smoothly between 0 and 100% in 1% steps, while the +/-50 green/magenta adjustment helps coordinate the panel with location illumination or other fixtures. Flicker-free performance also makes the lights suitable for shutter speeds below 1/4000.
Lighting Effects
Integrated special-effects programs make it quick and straightforward to add movement and atmosphere to a scene. Emergency lights, simulated lightning, and flickering flames can motivate visible practical effects or operate outside the frame to suggest distinctive sources such as defective bulbs or fireworks. In sound-activation mode, the panel detects surrounding music and changes its settings automatically according to volume and pitch.
App Control
Operate the RGB1200 through its local adjustment knobs or with the Neewer app. Available controls cover brightness, color temperature, HSI, and scene modes. Using the integrated 2.4 GHz wireless protocol, you can manage as many as 255 devices arranged across up to eight groups.
Power Options
Two powering methods prepare the RGB1200 for indoor or outdoor shooting. The supplied AC adapter connects to an outlet for longer sessions, while NP series batteries support mobile illumination. Convenient transport and storage are provided by the included carry bag.
