Joining the expanding Q lineup, the powerful Q6 TTL Flash Strobe from Neewer retains a portable, compact form suitable for handheld use. This 600Ws strobe incorporates an extended 2.4 GHz wireless system with a range reaching 328' and supports both the Neewer Q and Godox X ecosystems. Designed for studio or outdoor work, the Q6 has a 5700K CCT and a 30W bi-color LED modeling light adjustable from 2700 to 6500K. Two TFT color displays simplify setting adjustments, while color grouping control and app support are also provided.
Automatic flash compatibility spans Canon E-TTL II, Nikon i-TTL, Sony TTL, and FUJIFILM TTL systems, with multiple flash modes available. A rechargeable lithium battery with an increased 3000mAh capacity delivers as many as 400 full-power flashes between charges. For greater freedom of movement with the 7.7 x 7.3 x 6.7" monolight, hold its upper handle or use the stand bracket. The supplied carrying case supports convenient storage and transportation.
Powerful, Versatile Strobe Light
High-speed sync supports shutter settings as fast as 1/8000 second, and flash durations from 1/209 to 1/10,989 second help freeze peak action. Despite this performance, the Q6 maintains short recycling intervals of 0.01-0.9 seconds.
Upgraded Features
Improved output adjustment covers 10 stops, ranging from 1/1 through 1/512. Available operating modes include TTL, M, Multi, and Burst, with Burst enabling continuous capture. A smartphone app gives direct access to these modes and the group controls. For careful composition or use as an alternative video fill source, the 30W bi-color LED modeling lamp provides CRI 95 and TLCI 98 performance.
Wide Compatibility
In wireless receiver mode, the Q6 works with Canon, Nikon, Sony, and FUJIFILM. Full TTL functionality is supported when paired with separately sold Neewer 2.4 GHz wireless Q transmitters and QPRO flash triggers. Beyond the Neewer Q ecosystem, compatibility with the Godox 2.4 GHz X system allows operation with separately available XPro, X3, and X2 transmitters. The optional Sekonic L-858D light meter is supported as well. The Neewer Q and Godox X systems cannot operate at the same time, and current firmware must be installed.
Bowens Mount
Through its broadly compatible Bowens front mount, the monolight accepts separately sold modifiers such as snoots, softboxes, and reflectors. A dedicated opening is provided for an optional umbrella.
