The versatile MG300 IP Video Media Gateway from Kiloview performs multichannel video encoding and converts signals between H.264 and H.265. Its HDMI connection outputs resolutions through UHD 4K60, while 3G-SDI supports up to 1080p60. The gateway also decodes multiple NDI|HX, SRT, RTMP, RTSP, TS-UDP, and HLS streams for delivery through HDMI and 3G-SDI.
Conversion between Streaming Protocols
Compatibility covers NDI|HX (2.0), SRT, RTMP, RTMPS, RTSP, TS-UDP, and HLS. The MG300 decodes each supported format and can concurrently perform cross-protocol conversion across as many as nine protocols.
Flexible IP Stream Distribution
Multiple incoming feeds can be arranged freely and republished as one multiview source. Including that multiview feed, the unit distributes up to nine IP-streaming channels, with every channel capable of reaching four identical or different destinations at once.
Concurrent Multichannel Decoding
H.264 and H.265 network feeds at resolutions through UHD 4K can be decoded for HDMI and 3G-SDI output. The MG300 processes as many as nine video channels simultaneously.
High-Quality Output with Minimal Delay
Intelligent latency management reduces network decoding delay to below 200ms. Image-enhancement and error-tolerance processing support low-bitrate encoded sources and video experiencing 10% packet loss, producing clear output without visible distortion.
Personalized Output Layouts
Display feeds in structured grids or create a freeform arrangement incorporating PIP, PBP, or POP. Both output frame rate and resolution remain adjustable.
Browser-Based Stream Preview
The web interface presents real-time previews of as many as 16 video streams or images. From those sources, users may choose up to nine feeds for output.
Digital and Analog Audio Outputs
HDMI and 3G-SDI carry embedded digital sound, while the 3.5mm connection supplies analog audio output.
