Built for broadcast and podcast applications, the black Wave Mic Arm Pro by Elgato combines robust construction with an adjustable, low-profile boom. Its precision mounting point lets you establish the microphone angle needed for optimal vocal pickup in any position. A redesigned suspension mechanism uses non-mechanical spring technology for silent, free-floating movement. Set the correct microphone tension with the supplied hex key, then reposition the arm without repeatedly adjusting screws or knobs. Magnetic covers conceal the hinges and can be changed quickly for another appearance, including custom 3-D-printed designs.
Route the microphone cable through hidden channels whose covers are held neatly from underneath by strong magnets. The two-part suspended boom rotates through 360°, enabling accurate control of speaking distance. Its all-metal structure carries microphones weighing up to 6.6 pounds without bending or sagging. An extra-tall riser adds 3.9" of clearance to preserve room for devices on the desktop. The padded clamp attaches securely to surfaces measuring up to 2.4" thick. Supplied adapters convert the native 1/4" threading to 3/8" or 5/8", supporting compatibility with many microphones.
