Suitable for recording, gaming, streaming, podcasting, and many other uses, the Elgato Wave:3 MK.2 is a versatile USB condenser microphone. Its USB-C connection delivers 24-bit / 48 kHz recording and returns computer audio to the microphone. That return signal and your live voice can be monitored together through the 3.5mm headphone output. One convenient knob controls microphone gain, headphone level, and the balance between computer sound and live vocals, with clear LED indicators displaying the settings. A top button activates capacitive muting.
Through Elgato's Wave Link application, streamers and podcasters can manage nine separate sources on a Windows PC or Mac, mixing voice chat, games, music, alerts, samples, and more. The supplied desktop base combines a padded bottom that limits noise and vibration with an adjustable U-mount for accurate placement. Remove this stand and use the included adapters to install the Wave:3 MK.2 on a suspension arm or boom stand. A steel grille shields the built-in JFET condenser capsule while helping reduce plosives and breath sounds for clearer, more understandable speech.
