Despite its compact housing, the Elgato Facecam 4K Webcam produces uncompressed UHD 4K footage at frame rates reaching 60 fps with HDR contrast. Removing components such as a microphone allows the webcam to concentrate on sharp image capture, DSLR-style adjustments, and cinematic effects for professional presentations and livestreams.

A 1/1.8" Sony STARVIS 2 CMOS sensor helps the Facecam 4K Studio render users clearly under low illumination. Its 90° field of view includes the surrounding background during a presentation. Separately available lens filters can alter the atmosphere and visual character of footage. Compact dimensions let the webcam sit conveniently on a laptop display or monitor, and a 1/4" threaded socket permits tripod mounting. Begin by connecting the integrated USB-C cable to a compatible computer. The free Elgato Camera Hub desktop application can then configure color, background treatments, virtual PTZ operation, and other settings.
