For professional deployment, the UltraStudio 4K Mini Thunderbolt 3 from Blackmagic Design links your Thunderbolt 3 PC to any of a selection of footage components for acquisition, playback, or broadcasting. This portable device captures up to DCI 4K60 4:2:2 through single-link 12G-SDI or up to DCI 4K30 4:2:2 footage via HDMI. Capture 12-bit Elevated Dynamic Selection (HDR) footage at rates up to DCI 4K30 and 8-/10-little footage at rates up to DCI 4K60.
A built-in LCD display permits you to display your signal, and a SD card reader delivers instant availability to your SD media. The space-efficient UltraStudio 4K Mini's Thunderbolt 3 interface includes lightning-fast links and will trickle-charge a linked computer. Audio capabilities incorporate 16-channel SDI and 8-channel HDMI embedded source and feed, a 3-pin XLR audio source, and a headphone feed.
The UltraStudio Mini 4K Thunderbolt 3 allows both compressed and uncompressed footage, is Window, Mac, and Linux compatible, and allows most widely chosen codecs. The UltraStudio 4K Mini additionally accommodates 3D acquisition and playback through HDMI, plus 3D SDI playback at rates up to DCI 4K30. The no-cost version of DaVinci Resolve and extra software are included on a SD medium. Power the UltraStudio Mini 4K Thunderbolt 3 through its onboard 100-240 VAC adapter.
