Ultra HD SDI Conversion for Analog Systems
The SDI to Analog 4K Mini Converter by Blackmagic Design from enables you to convert One Link SD/HD/3G/6G-SDI to analog SD/HD component, composite, or S-Video.
The down-converter lets you to connect professional SDI hardware which feeds definitions up to Ultra HD 4K (3840 x 2160) and DCI 4K (4096 x 2160) with SD and HD analog footage monitors and other hardware.
With a space-efficient form factor and easy-to-use settings, the Mini Converter is excellent for a selection of broadcast, post workflow, and professional AV uses.
Through 6G-SDI technology, the Mini Converter accommodates definitions up to UHD 4K at up to 30 fps and DCI 4K at 24 fps.
The Mini Converter additionally accommodates One Link SD, HD, and 3G-SDI feeds and automatically detects the source video configuration and instantly changes.
A redundant SDI source is provided as an optional rear up, and a SDI loop-through feed is provided for sending the SDI feed to an extra device.
Up to 16 channels of de-embedded SDI source audio can be outputted as AES/EBU electronic audio or balanced analog audio feed via 1/4" feed jacks.
The Mini Converter's settings are controlled through the built-in DIP switches or through USB through the supplied software for Max OS X or Windows computers.
The USB port additionally permits the firmware to be revised. For powering the device, a 12V power supply is supplied with international socket adapters.
