Since every conversion direction can be a distinct SD, HD, or UHD footage standard, it's such as getting two converters in one. It additionally includes body control conversion for Blackmagic HDMI bodies like the Pocket Cinema camera 4K or 6K, enabling you to use them with a SDI-based live switcher.
The pocket-sized Micro Converter BiDirectional SDI/HDMI 12G integrates HDMI timecode compatibility, SDI re-clocking for support over long lead runs, support for an extensive selection of pro broadcast resolutions, such as cine-style 48 fps, and both HDMI and SDI embedded audio source and output. This converter contains a sturdy metal housing with power and feed LED status indicators and durable connector connections. A USB Type-C port permits the converter to readily connect to and be energized by big-screen displays, laptops, desktop computers, or projectors. A power adapter and an international plug interface set are supplied with the converter.
