For day-to-day surveillance, the Blackmagic Design Decklink 8K Pro Cinema Capture Medium is an 8-lane PCIe Gen2 electronic cinema acquisition and playback medium with four bidirectional 12G-SDI connectors that accept definitions from SD, DCI 4K (4096 x 2160), and DCI 8K at up to 60 fps. The medium accommodates 8- and 10-bit YUV, as well as 8-, 10-, and 12-bit RGB color. The four 12G-SDI links support 16 channels of embedded audio every, for a total of 64 channels. DeckLink 8K Pro is well suited to the next generation of elevated definition, high shot rate, and high dynamic range processes.
adaptable Format compatibility
The card includes adaptable format and platform support, letting you operate with compressed footage formats such as ProRes and DNxHD, as well as 12-bit 4:4:4 uncompressed footage. Whenever working with uncompressed footage, all pictures are pixel-for-pixel identical to the source eliminating any generational loss. This lets you get sharper keying with green displays, cleaner compositions, heightened color correction, and additional. Support for common file formats delivers ready-to-edit files for use in widely chosen editing, effects, and configuration software uses. DeckLink Studio 4K is compatible with Mac, Windows, and Linux based workstations.
