For the stated surveillance role, the HDMI 2.0 to 12G-SDI 4K Broadcast Signal Converter from AVMATRIX is an ultracompact signal converter in a robust metal housing. It contains a full-size HDMI source, a HDMI 2.0 loop feed, and two 12G-SDI feeds that support resolutions up to DCI/UHD 4K. The SC1221-12G can reliably be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without interruptions, lag, or delay.
The SC1221-12G has a 5V USB-C port for power and a LED indicator that confirms power status. A USB power adapter and cable are supplied for continuous power, but you can additionally connect it to other sources such as a laptop or a power bank. An optional mounting bracket is provided separately to easily attach/detach the unit.
